Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
USA and Canada via UPS - Express shipping: depending on the gross value of the goods
- Gross value of goods €0 to €400: €95.00 shipping costs
- Gross value of goods €400.01 to €999.99: €210.00 shipping costs
- Gross goods value €1000.00 to €3000.00: €299.00 shipping costs
- Gross goods value €3000.01 to €6000.00: €480.00 shipping costs
- Gross goods value €6000.01 to any amount: €1580.00 shipping costs
Note for UPS - Express shipping: Price includes all import duties, taxes and UPS customs clearance fees (DDP).
No additional charges upon delivery.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
