We want to offer you a pleasant and transparent shopping experience. Therefore, we regulate return shipping costs as follows:

Returns from Germany and the European Union (EU)

For orders from Germany and all EU member states, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a free return shipping label from us for this purpose.

Returns from non-EU countries

For returns from countries outside the European Union, the customer bears the direct costs of the return. Please note that, depending on the shipping provider, increased shipping costs and, if applicable, customs or import fees may apply.
