SpektroChrom® Color Glasses Manual by Dr. Alexander Wunsch
The SpektroChrom method was developed by the Indian researcher Dinshah P. Ghadiali. Dinshah was a pioneer in the therapeutic use of colored light. In the classic sense, the SpektroChrom method is carried out by irradiating large areas of bare skin. SpektroChrom is also a system at the center of which is the SpektroChrom color wheel with its beautiful dozen colors. This superior arrangement and exact definition of the colors was also the basis for the development of SpektroChrom® color glasses. These are easy to use and can be used practically anywhere. They are suitable both as an independent form of therapy for applying color to the eyes, but are also the ideal addition to the classic SpektroChrom method.
This book, as a decorative volume edition, is a guide for using the SpektroChrom® color glasses from PRiSMA®. It is ideal for beginners who want to gain an easy-to-understand insight into the underlying theory and practice of the SpektroChrom method. But experienced color therapists who want to make the wonderful effects of colors accessible to their clients outside of their practice rooms will also get their money's worth here: In addition to the "operating instructions" for the SpektroChrom color glasses, it illustrates the SpektroChrom color wheel according to Dinshah and contains explanations of the effects of the individual colors and color groups. The appendix presents possibilities for combined use with color music and psychoacoustic techniques.
